Moisture scale 1. I use this conditioner as a cowash. It doesn't provide much in the way of moisture, but gives me great slip for cleansing my scalp and does not give me as much build-up as some other co-washes have. It easily rinses clean and doesn't leave my hair weighted or coated feeling. The scent is light and dissipates quickly.
This conditioner is sulfate, silicone, and protein free.
My hair: 2a/b, texture fine, density thin. Porosity: I think high but might be wrong. Elasticity low to normal

It gives great slip and helps keep that build up knocked down which is a constant struggle for my fine hair. I have to rinse a little longer with this one to get it out than I do the other Suave naturals condish. But I really like this one and it is in my regular rotation.
