Lately this has been my daily conditioner. My hair loves protein, so that isnt a problem for me. I would say as far as moisturizing its only about a 4. Sometimes I add a blob of GVPCB or Tresemme Naturals for more moisture and slip. I wouldnt recommend this if you need a lot of moisture or if you have really coarse hair.
My hair: 2b, fine texture, lots of it, normal porosity, normal elasticity
Although I don't use this conditioner very often, I love this conditioner for its protein content. The little boost of protein is great for my fine hair. If you find yourself looking for moisture or slip, this is not the conditioner for you, but if you just need a little shot of protein, this may do well with your hair.
