I have 2c, fine, medium porosity, low elasticity hair. I am in love with this shampoo. It is gentle (sulfate-free), it contains protein (my hair loves protein), and the smell is divine. The smell is very minty and slightly floral, and it also gives a nice tingly feeling to your scalp like you're really cleansing it well - but I don't find it stripping for my hair. Even though I rinse it completely out, the smell does linger for awhile - ok by me because I love it! I found this at Walgreens on sale for 50% off. It's expensive, so I will only ever buy it if I can find that kind of deal again. I don't use it daily (I like to rotate products as a general rule).
